The Lubao International Balloon and Music Festival returned to Pradera Verde in Lubao, Pampanga, in March 2018, combining dawn hot air balloon flights with a full-day music festival. Balloons from international pilots rose over the Pampanga countryside at sunrise, while the grounds hosted food stalls, activities, and a concert lineup of local bands and artists playing into the night.
