The Philippine International Balloon Festival 2014 was held in Prado Siongco, Lubao, Pampanga, in April 2014. Hot air balloon festivals are among the most photogenic events in the Philippines, filling the early morning sky with balloons of different shapes and colours.
Lubao, in the western part of Pampanga, hosted the balloons, pilots and spectators for this festival, with balloon flights and aviation displays as the main draw. Festivals like this draw visitors from across Pampanga, Central Luzon and Metro Manila.
