The Philippine International Balloon Festival 2014 was held in Prado Siongco, Lubao, Pampanga. The festival brought hot air balloons and aviation displays to Lubao, a town in the western part of Pampanga, continuing the Philippine tradition of a big annual hot air balloon gathering that had long been associated with Clark.

This post is from Day 3 of the 2014 festival. Events like this draw crowds early in the morning, when the balloons are inflated and lifted off, with flying displays and festivities following through the day.

The photographs in this post are from Day 3 of the festival in April 2014, taken in Prado Siongco, Lubao, Pampanga.
