The Calesin Tilbury Race is one of the highlights of Fiestang Kuliat, Angeles City’s annual fiesta celebrations held every October. In the race, calesin — traditional horse-drawn carriages — speed through the streets, a nod to the days when the calesa was everyday transport in Pampanga.

The event draws crowds along the route as kutseros urge their horses on, turning a heritage vehicle into a racing machine for a day. It is part of a wider month of Fiestang Kuliat activities honouring Angeles City’s patron and its Kapampangan heritage.
