The 21st Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta lifted off at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, on February 9 to 12, 2017. Billed as the “Weekend of Everything that Flies,” the fiesta is the country’s biggest aviation and ballooning event, drawing dozens of hot air balloons from around the world — including special-shaped balloons — for dawn mass ascensions over Clark. The program also featured aerobatic displays, paragliding, skydiving, kite flying, and aircraft exhibits at the Omni Aviation Complex. These photos are from the 21st Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta in 2017.
