GraciAngeles, the Festival of Angels, is one of the most charming events of Fiestang Kuliat in Angeles City, Pampanga. True to the city’s name — Angeles means angels — the festival gathers children and young participants dressed in angel costumes, complete with wings and halos, at Plaza Angel.
The celebration is a playful tribute to the city’s name and its guardian angels, and it has become a well-loved photo opportunity during the October fiesta season. Families turn out to watch the little angels parade and pose around the plaza.
