La Rose Noire is a French-Swiss bakery and café that found a home inside Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. Founded by Swiss pastry chef Gérard Dubois, the brand is known across Asia for its artisan breads, French pastries, cakes, and signature macarons — and its Clark presence put freshly baked European goods within easy reach of the Freeport’s residents, workers, and visitors. The café became a favorite Clark stop for coffee, breakfast, and boxes of pastries to bring home. This post featured La Rose Noire in Clark Freeport Zone in 2014.
